This recipe sounds oh so delightfully complicated! I remember my first difficult recipe...it had the same terrorizing effect on me and I can't stop now!
This also looks and sounds absolutely delicious, Clement! I'm drooling...and I haven't even finished my morning coffee yet!

It's definitely well worth the effort. If you're short on time, the lamb and crust are great on their own and only take a few minutes to prepare.

I really enjoy making complex recipes too. They teach me so much about technique, and when they finally turn out well, it's very satisfying and the results are often spectacular!
